The Last 24 Hours Have Been Hell

The past day has been nothing short of chaos. Right after launching an ad campaign for my Facebook Author page, I got a message in my inbox claiming I was in violation of Facebook policies — threatening to delete my account. Panic mode: activated.

I appealed. Again. And again. It felt like I was fighting a ghost. Finally, after way too much time, I realized the whole thing was a scam — a fake message from some spammer trying to mess with me. It wasn’t real. But the stress definitely was.

I’ve changed my passwords — for the ninth time. Lesson learned. But I’m drained. My neck, shoulders, and back feel like they've been through a blender.

This is just a reminder: scammers are getting sneakier, and sometimes our work as creators and writers gets hit from all sides. If it smells off, pause. Double-check. Don’t let the panic win.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to try to stretch, hydrate, and breathe like I’m not one second away from throwing my laptop out the window.
